  6. - Basic technical data (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed) — to keep the site secure and working.
  7. We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect or store your full payment-card number — that is handled directly by Shopify.

  • To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
  • - To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and important service messages.
  • - To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • - To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

  • - Shipping carriers — to deliver your order (name and address).
  • - Hosting & infrastructure — e.g., Cloudflare, to serve and secure the website.
  • - Legal — where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • If we add other fulfillment or analytics services in the future, we will share order details with them only as needed and update this Policy.

4. Cookies & analytics

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function (for example, to remember checkout state). We keep analytics minimal. If we add optional analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

 

5. Data retention

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support and warranty, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

 

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure for payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

8. Children

The site and Product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

 

9. International

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
